Crystals and Me offer Australia wide shipping, local delivery. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

All orders above $99 AUD will automatically receive free shipping.

PICK UP

Pick up is available from our salon in Balwyn North, 113 Bulleen Road Balwyn North 3104, Maliha Salon and Barbers. Pickup is also available from Doreen, Victoria 3754.

We are not required to provide a refund or return if you change your mind. We offer a replacement if items arrive damaged or broken through delivery, the cost of shipping will be provided by us. If you require a return due to change of mind, you will need to return the item to us as new, box sealed, items unused and undamaged, a refund will then be processed back to your account once we have received and reviewed the item/items.
