REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Please read Terms and Conditions and Privacy page.
We are not required to provide a refund or return if you change your mind. We offer a replacement if items arrive damaged or broken through delivery, the cost of shipping will be provided by us. If you require a return due to change of mind, you will need to return the item to us as new, box sealed, items unused and undamaged, a refund will then be processed back to your bank account once we have received and reviewed the item/items. Please also note that crystals and natural stone materials inherently contain organic divots, inclusions, and subtle imperfections — these characteristics are part of their natural formation and are what make each piece beautifully unique and may be present in some pieces naturally.

Photo and video proof is required to be sent to our business email and phone number for documentation purposes – 0439 395 663.
All of our items are unique in their making and will vary in shapes, colour and size throughout batches as listed in item descriptions.
All matters must be resolved within 7 days of receiving your items.
