Black Permineralised Petrified Wood Indonesia

Black Permineralised Petrified Wood

Ancient Time, Grounded Strength

Rich and textural, this petrified wood has undergone millions of years of permineralisation, its original organic structure slowly replaced by minerals until the wood itself turned to stone. Deep black in tone, it carries the quiet weight of deep time, a true piece of ancient history held in your hands.

Why You'll Love It

There's something genuinely grounding about holding a piece of fossilised history. The natural wood grain and growth rings are still visible within the stone, a striking reminder of the slow, patient process that formed it. Its deep black tone gives it a bold, elemental presence, equally at home as a sculptural specimen or a tactile, everyday piece.

What It's For

Petrified wood is known as a stone of grounding and ancestral connection, believed to support patience, stability, and a steady, long term perspective. It's often reached for during times of change, encouraging a slower, more considered pace and a stronger connection to your own roots and foundations.

Where To Place It

•Living room or entryway, to anchor the home in calm, grounded energy

•Home office or desk, to support patience and steady, long term thinking

•Meditation space, for a deep, ancestral sense of connection

•Display cabinet or shelf, as a rich, textural centrepiece among your specimens

A piece of deep time, beautifully grounded, black petrified wood is patience, carried through millennia.
